To make a Tahini Veggie Dip: 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 tablespoon of Tahini and juice of one lemon. Mix them all up and use as a dip. It is loaded with lots of magnesium, protein and zinc and is very tasty and medicinal.
Black pepper and Oregano: Black pepper is a common spice used in many foods. Another great recipe is the pumpkin puree. Have a can of 100% pumpkin puree, with a teaspoon of cholesterol lowering spread and a dash of stevia and cinnamon, heat in microwave. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture in the microwave for about a minute. Let cool and serve.
