Healthy Diet Program — Myth or Reality?

Today the question of weight is familiar to many women; they constantly search how to diet, different diet programs. It is believed that one can improve health, lose weight and avoid eating certain foods. There are different approaches to nutrition. Some of these approaches have been developed in order to preserve human health. Others are designed in such a way that people cope with any illness, such as cancer or heart disease. Many diet programs are intended to combine nutrition with heavy loads, such as running, swimming, etc.

Macrobiotic Diet Program: This diet is aimed at improving the general condition of the person for no apparent disease. The basis of this diet is brown rice and whole grains. The purpose of this diet is to consume a large amount of vegetables and vegetable soups. With this diet program you cannot consume high-calorie food products of animal origin, including dairy products and eggs, frozen food.

How to diet according to McDougall Diet Program: such a diet can significantly reduce the risk of various diseases such as heart disease and kidney failure, stomach and intestines, as well as cancer. This diet is strictly vegetarian, it is only based on cereals, vegetables, fruits and beans. Do not eat meat, eggs and dairy products. Also, when this kind of diet is important to exercise, breathe fresh air, drink clean water and be in good conditions.

If you follow all the rules of these diet programs and some others offered by respected professionals they are quite safe. But the lack of such programs is that it is impossible to use many useful products and fats, and fats are what the body still needs, because of energy.

Children, pregnant and lactating women without special medical prescription are better not to start such programs. They are also not recommended to those who have chronic diseases.

If you decide to go through the program or if you’re already on a diet, it is important that your doctor knows about it. It can be dangerous if you decide for yourself how to diet and you’re going through such a diet program without special care or treatment.
