Blackcurrant is a famous fruit grown in Asia and Europe and has long been noted for its endless health benefits. Known in Urdu as Falsa, the fruit is taken more in the juice than solid form. Blackcurrant juice is known as a treatment of numerous diseases and problems as well as a guard against many issues. It is thus quite famous, and is sold all around the world in packages. This juice is said to be extremely effective against Alzheimer’s disease, heart diseases, neurological disorders, cancers and microbial infections. In addition, it is said to contain numerous antioxidants which make it good for a healthier immune system. While blackcurrant juice has been more noted for health benefits, a blackcurrant is said to contain ore Vitamin C than oranges, twice the amount of potassium as in bananas and double the antioxidant power of blueberries. This fruit has been termed as an ‘elixir of youth’ for its antioxidant power that slows down the ageing process as well as numerous other health benefits that it brings.

For people who exercise, especially those who have just begun doing it, blackcurrant juice can work wonders in treating the pain that emerges after the exercise whilst preventing inflammation and muscle damage. Whilst regulating the inflammatory chemicals in the blood, this juice also works well for boosting the levels of energy. Of course, with a rejuvenated and cleaned inside, the body will feel healthier and the brain will feel much brighter, younger and happier. With all this, a boosted level of energy is sure to be gotten. In addition to all this, the juice gotten from blackcurrants is also said to be great for a healthier and youthful skin and very effective for the treatment of problems such as dermatitis and psoriasis.

With all these properties, blackcurrant juice becomes a perfect choice for all the women who have been searching the markets for expensive anti-ageing creams and still haven’t seen desirable results.
